hello modding sifus.. sifus, can i know what set would be perfect for a begginer like me? set that includes cutting(panel, acrylic), drilling holes(fans, switches,small holes)... can recommend me where to get and how much would it cost sifus?

another question.. i have a 1tb 2.5" external hdd.. can i like open the casing and use it as my desktop hdd? but the hdd case seems to be un-openable.. is it safe/recommended to do so? tis is my external hdd..
