blush.gif sorry, i dunno. I actually din follow the instruction here cox it is too hard (technically) for me to understand.

i managed to solve this problem bcox i called UniFi and was told that I had plug my cable to the wrong port.

But UniFi din teach me how to plug to the correct port though, cox the customer service told me that she only knows how to solve the problem if I am using their router. Since I din use the router provided by them, she was unable to help me.

Therefore, I simply plug here and there and tried until it works. sweat.gif

For my case, the prob is the WallPlug I used to connect the cable. Once reset, prob solved.

If u'r using original Unifi router, I think is Port 4 (Red Colour)

I want to say thank you for the guide. First I made sure to log into the web interface of the wifi router and verified that the red port is indeed connected to the red WAN port and as well as the duplex settings.

Then I pressed #2684# but did not see any response. But then I pressed the "menu" button and there was a progress indicator saying finding IP address. It still didn't work.

I kept repeating #2684# , then a progress bar indicator came up saying finding IP address. Then suddenly the video stream came up.

My guess is that the wifi router (DIR-615) is having problems giving IP addresses.

thx dude.. worked for me.. my iptv got 2 problem.. now fixed d... what i did was,

1. I opened the hypptv.. press #2684#... there are 6 numbers there... no.2 was red...
2. So I looked at my router settings and somehow the settings was reset and the dhcp relay was enabled... I unticked the box (I'm using the L7 router, setup>network settings>router settings>enable DNS relay, untick it)...
3. I opened the hypptv again.. press #2684#...no. 4 - 6 was red... 1-3 was green d...
4. I changed the ethernet port used for the hypptv on the router from port 2 to port 4..
5. Open hypptv, update, it works...
