relative laughing at me..
is there a way to overcome this issue?
is it my hand too weak?
Is there a way to train my wrist and hand ( not biceps)
hand shaking + shiver when holding spoon, or taking photo shot with camera

You my friend ,
is suffering the same thing as I do! I couldnt find anything about it, I mean I am also unsure what caused this and what exactly im suffering from. The worst part, mom keep saying im suffering from parkinson OMG! which I do hope not. Some said its might be because I have low self esteem? lol i dont even know if thats the real cause here. Others like my crazy friends said its because I watch _____ too much and did you-know-what-thing. wth going to follow your thread in case someone find the problem. Few things:
- How bad is the shaking. - Does it occur every single time or only at times. I have minor case of my hand shaking when holding spoon etc, and moving at a slow motion (and being conscious about it). My own way of overcoming it is to move at a slightly faster rate and to ignore it (be less conscious about the process of shaking) EDIT: It might be a result of bad strength control too. I'm born with extremely bad control of my strength, always using too much strength. I will use too much strength to open packaging and cause food to fall all over the place. (potato chips packet always tear at least opening and 1 of the sides). Now I always limit the strength I use, resulting in quite severe shaking of my hands when I'm trying to adjust my strength. On the bright side, at least u got an excuse not to carry plates and can escape doing dishes or in more shaky scenario, it could even be helpful when washing hair, hand shaking etc

QUOTE(mak_ayam @ Dec 3 2011, 07:57 AM) Im having the same thing but not my hand but my leg. I asked the doctor if this is parkinson and he said no. When i do some research, it found out that masturbating can make your hand and leg become like this. So, less masturbate. P |

wow....i am not alone in this world. hahaha...
well i too have this problem. but not as bad as holding a spoon la. at time I am able to control it. just take a deep breath and relax.. I think it is more to muscle control and relaxation. When i work out, i realize that the shaking lessens. but it doesnt go away. when im tired it is very obvious. |
