Due to below reasons, we strongly recommend buyers to avoid place orders from OCTOBER 7 to OCTOBER 31.
Better to place orders in NOVEMBER.

REASONS:
1) SEPT 10 to OCT 28, MALAYSIA CUSTOM have a BIG OPERATION, 100% check parcels, so will affect the custom clearance progress. Within this period, there will be no compensation if CUSTOM unrelease the parcels. Have customer come back to reflect get TAX, no matter the parcels are big or small. Please to avoid buy SENSITIVE ITEMS within this period. If buyers still persist to place orders in this period, buyers must bear the CUSTOM RISK, TAX RISK and SHIPMENT DELAY.

2) OCT 10 is CHINA PUBLIC HOLIDAY (long holiday). Based on our previous experience, CHINA COURIER COMPANIES have FULL WAREHOUSE SPACE problem, take more days to deliver the parcels to our warehouse. Another point is long holiday cause many parcels stuck at the AIRLINE COMPANIES WAREHOUSE also. If buyers still persist to place orders in this period, buyers must bear the SHIPMENT DELAY.
