1. Please prepare a WEIGHT METER and CAMERA in house in order for us to investigate the parcel problem.
When the customer receive the parcel, please open and check the items infront of the courier service people.
If something missing, please ask them to check and sign the MISSING ITEM SLIP and do not sign the RECEIVED ITEM SLIP.
Next, please take some photos for us.
The photos we needed:
1. Photo of the parcel. Is it in unopen condition?
2. Photo of the parcel that showing the weight. We need to know the weight.
Please send the photos to our email. (gohappytt@gmail.com)

Your co-operation will fastern our progress to check which section goes wrong.
