can use cement mix a bit water to fill the gap of tiles?

can but not water proof and can grow fungus..

the proper tile grouts are water proof and and contains chemicals to prevent fungus growth

ok, if i want use cement, do i need to mix with sand?
*
dont mix with sand.. just use cement only, u need to mix it until it becomes textured like colgate..

but for better "sticking" to the gaps.. remove all the old grout/cement and put in the new one...

ps : i did it and i use a plastic spoon, front part to scoop the cement, back part to push it in,
applicable to small area or a section of the bathroom, larger job you need to use something like the rubber thingy that you swipe dry your windows one
