My condo is new but there is no intercom system installed between the resident and guard house hence we always find it troublesome whenever we have visitor, not to mentioned in case of emergency we may have trouble contacting the security guard.

Am trying to propose this system to my condo's JMC. Any recommendation and advice on how to choose such system?

whole condo implement is not a cheaper price,
most of the condo management will not implement it ...
