noticed you really like to do alot of rows...
particularly t-bar row, 4-5 sets of dropset?, any reason for such high vol?

Rows are the exercise that add thickness to the back right ? Correct me if I'm wrong. I stopped doing deadlift and decided to replace it with t-bar rows for some time.
