Just wanna give my feedback on Urbanez.

I had some issue with my microwave oven and contacted Gavin. Gavin contacted lebenstil and their guys came within the next few days to have it checked as the microwave oven (door not really aligned and had some friction when opening).

They were supposed to come back to rectify the issue with the new parts a week later but I did not get an update. I called Gavin again.

Lebenstil (manager or person in charge i assume) called back to apologize on the delay and ensured that someone will come over to rectify the issue. 2 days later, a guy called and mentioned that they will replace the whole microwave for me. Brand new, 1 to 1 swap. It wasnt a big issue actually, just the door couldn't open properly; everything worked fine but I was amazed with their decision and professionalism.

This is indeed a very good post sales service. Everything was swift and professionally handled. I will definitely recommend them and consider urbanez for my future purchases as post sales is very important to me and serves as the main point of any purchase I make.
