Hi Ben Ng - Manager of Urbanez Kota Damansara.

Thank you very much for all the assistance given to me yesterday.

I have been surveying for Kitchen Cabinet for dry and wet kitchen for 1 months.

Visited many kitchen cabinet company and collected many quotations.
but none of them seems to be promising and cabinet design was not in my expectation.

Yesterday, i have walked in to Urbanez and the services and the cabinet design was trendy and quality is promising.
and for the first time, I have finally made up my mind to purchase from Urbanez.

I bought the whole kitchen wares from Urbanez, Dry and Wet Kitchen Cabinet, Quartz Stone table top, Whirpool Cooking Hob + Whirpool Gas Hood, Teka Water tap x 2, Teka Basin x 1, Haustern Dual Basin x 1.

Thanks a lot for all the helpful advise, BEN!!You are very helpful.

Recommended for all the new HOUSE owner who planning to have a lovely kitchen and those who have NO IDEA how to do with their kitchen!

Thanks BEN for making my kitchen so lovely and exceeded my expectation.

Final installation of Quartz Table Top and Kitchen wares have been completed by Urbanex yesterday.
They are really a good team with good service and very punctual in time and committed to the schedule that they have promised.

I am very much satisfied on my dry kitchen and wet kitchen.
With this lovely set of kitchen, I have more reasons to cook at home now!!!

Attached with the kitchen installed by URBANEX.

Highly recommended.

Anyone interested can call below Mr. Ben, he is the one who make up my day!

Hi there,

I'm currently searching for clothes dryer to be placed in my back kitchen. I already have a 7kg washing machine, just need to pair it with a dryer.

Any dryer promotions?

And what is the difference between condenser dryer and other types? Seems condenser is much pricier, is it because it's energy saving or something?

Hi Skidd Chung,
A condenser clothes dryer is a machine that looks just like a conventional tumble clothes dryer, but which does not require an external vent. For the user/owner, operation of both types of dryers is essentially the same - the difference is in the internal design.
In a vented clothes dryer, air is drawn from the surrounding area (i.e. the laundry room), then heated and blown through the clothes as the drum tumbles them about. This hot air evaporates some of the water in the damp fabrics, and the resultant moisture-laden air is then exhausted through a vent duct to the outside.
In a condenser dryer, there are two separate "loops". The inside "loop" of air is sealed from the outside environment - air from within the drum is heated, then blown through the tumbling clothes, then the moisture-laden air is passed through a heat exchanger, where the water recondenses. The same dry air is then reheated, where it is again blown through the drum and clothes, and the cycle begins again (this is a more-or-less continuous process).
The outside "loop" in a condenser dryer consists of either air or water. Some condenser dryer models are air-cooled, and use the ambient room air as a heat sink, by blowing it across the outside of the heat exchanger. These dryers will tend to heat the indoor air in one's laundry room significantly. Note however that ONLY heat is released - all MOISTURE is contained within the unit. The condensed water can be either pumped away to a drain line (e.g. into a standpipe shared with the clothes washer) or stored in a container within the dryer to be emptied later (not all models offer both options). All standalone Euro condenser dryers are of this type.
