I am a non techie and therefore is rather confused on what you are offering (V12+, V13 and the white unit you are advertising)

My situation:
I am currently using an AC Ryan PlayON HD Essential PV73500 paired with my LG LED 47". Usually download and play MKV, AVI, MP4 movies on an external HDD.

Which model would you recommend me to get if I want to use the player for:
1) What my AC Ryan can do
2) convert my non-smart TV to a Smart TV
3) Wifi
