9 seputeh location is very good.. compare to the whole old klang road... petalz, residence 8, pearl suria, residency V, velve suit kl south, scott garden avantas no one can bit him.. every morning starting at 7:30am.. the traffic is horrible and evening too. so, if work at city of town.. i will chose 9 seputeh.. 9 the landscape very big.. if freehold is perfect.. unfornatelly is leasehold..
and nova pantai coming soon.. thier target price almost the same.. 780-800 per sf.. both leasehold too.. so for me still not a very good deal for both.. frankly, south bank came out.. 650 per sf with freehold.. and just beside 9 seputeh.. what do you guys think..?

379k for 484sf so is around 783 per sf.. and no car park given.. that's mean south bank better only 680 per sf.. lol
