Alot of HTC are not efficiently in use anymore.
What this means is that if they can successfully divert all power transmission to underground ones means HTC are only standing structure as it is. TNB has plans to revamp them and who knows in years to come (the bigger problem is the land) will no longer see HTC in around KL. |

But I agree that OKR is too big to be generalised. Those nearest Mid Valley will definitely have a slight premium. |
