hello i wanna ask something..

I receive my tracking id from my seller yesterday and immediately after receive the id I track it using the post laju track & trace but the result says "Record not found"
I try again today many time but the result still show "Record not found" is this normal??
because I have never experienced it before from my previous tracking id.
hope someone can explain to me what is happening. TQ

There's a few service offered by poslaju (domestic parcel - blue consignment; express delivery - yellow consignment)

I dont exactly know what kind of service that my seller use because usually I never encountered such problem. I assuming it will be domestic parcel, I'm not sure. anyway here's my tracking id EM274650030MY

First I ask myseller for the receipt and all the necessary detail but he replied he already gave me the correct ID, he also said dont blame him if i dont receive the package. he has post many item before this nothing happen before. then he told me to call post if I not receive the item and last he said dont keep on kacau me.

So, I called their hotline and explain my situation and the officer check my tracking id and she said the tracking id doesn't register in their system.
so I tell her that the seller post it on monday then she replied if the seller already post it the it will appear in their system,
so the officer told me to ask my seller to call their hotline to verify the postage.
I msg my seller to do so he dint reply my msg..

sorry for the long post I dont know what to do.. I hve been FFK or what??

So my seller called the pos laju and he said to me that the post office give 2 reason on why this is happening either computer got problem or the pos people didn't receive the item.
he also told me that the pos officer will call him this evening or tomorrow morning.
so I ask him whether the post office called him yet he replied not yet maybe tomorrow.
and untill now the system still shows record not found for the tracking id he provided me with.

To be honest I'm not satisfy dealing with him so what should I do?? should I wait until tomorrow and see what will happen or I straight away open a dispute thread??

but I still dont receive the package. let say if I'm not at home when the package arrive yesterday the officer will atleast inform me right because I provided my hp no to my seller.
i already ask him to provide me the detail but he still said he already post it on monday and dont blame him if I not received the package
mybe i wait until tomorrow to see what reason he will give me..
