have you try call your nearest post office branch??
normally when you send any parcel using poslaju...
they will send it first to the nearest postlaju office first

then only they will send it to your nearest post office branch..
and only then the designated postman will send it to your address

poslaju branch aren't not the same place as regular post office HQ
