Those of you who have account with PosLaju, have you experienced being charged for something you did not send?
I just received my invoice and I found that I'm being charged on postage that I did not make.

Hi all, I have ran out of PosLaju forms and have not received new ones yet (account holder). So I can just use those ordinary forms available at the counters and manually fill in my account number etc right?

Anyone paid your PosLaju invoice via Interbank GIRO transfer? What is the recipient name that I should put? The CIMB account number printed on the invoice is 14260005912059.
Can't seem to find that information on the invoice. Is it the same as cheque payment where the name should be Pos Malaysia Berhad? Previously I've been paying via cheque but would like to switch over to online transfer due to the upcoming implementation of a higher cheque processing fee. |
