they might not working also today, as today will become replacement for last saturday..... I did mention before last saturday they're working.... but that maybe only for KL area... not sure somewhere else.

Hi. I tried to track down my parcel on pos malaysia website, and found this statement;

'Consignment successfully delivered MEL DROP'

what is 'MEL DROP'?

Wanna ask, if let say parcel is sent from Kuala Terengganu on Thursday around 4, then when will it reach Shah Alam? I heard that friday's a holiday for Terengganu people. And also, when is the cut off time?

Cut off time depending on where it was sent out. If it was at Poslaju office, cut off time around 8pm when it close. If it was at Post Office, then usually around 4pm, sometimes 3.30pm, sometimes 4.30pm.

Give it a few days. Since now festive season and all. Most likely reach Shah Alam around Monday or Tuesday. Track your parcel online on Monday, give them a call Monday afternoon if you still have not receive it.

The mail type normally use to delay the mail from reaching recipient.

For many case is the credit card.... when bank create a credit card, the pin also will be created. Both can be sent out on same day to recipient and arrive at the nearest poslaju/post office but the card will kept for a MEL drop. pin will reach 1st. After a week or two depend on the instructions given, card will be drop to the recipient mailbox with or without any signature.

Yes. If friday ship b4 cut off time, saturday will reach.

Erm. CNY pos laju quite slow, peak season, nothing can do, just can wait lo, or u try to call them.

Need clarification here, what if there's nobody at home when the parcel arrived? They'll sent it to the nearest post office or the nearest PosLaju branch?

Mine one is pos express, no update from them, not sure with pos laju.

Already pass 2 days....no update...i sms to 33333 there saying in the process of updating in our system
