think maybe they are making it up?

I am supposed to receive my parcel LAST Wednesday (Jan 30), but right now my parcel is still in the Batu Caves outlet.

I called on LAST Thursday, they said they couldn't check the latest status for me, but will arrange to deliver to me on Monday.

I didn't receive my parcel on Monday, I called again, and was told "UNABLE TO DELIVER DUE TO WE HAVE MANY THINGS TO DELIVER".

I asked, will you be able to AT LEAST tell me WHEN can I receive my parcel. They cannot give me an exact answer. I was advised to collect the parcel myself at the Batu Caves outlet.

I asked, are u sure i can get my parcel if i go and collect it Batu Caves myself. Cox I don't live near Batu Caves and I don't want to go there then only find that the parcel is on the way to be delivered. They didn't give me an exact answer and say sth like they will put a notification to say that I will come and collect.

Today is Tuesday, I still don't know whether I should wait or just go and collect myself.

Seems they can't promise to deliver in one day, i send 1 pos laju and pos express, still stuck in origin station.

Because I've some bad experience with them a few times already. Recently, I ordered some electronic items(thumb drive and sound card) from the US(shipped via USPS), and the parcel was already tampered when it arrived. Turned out that the thumb drive got stolen. Damn pissed and had to write in a compensation form to claim back the loss.

That's the last straw.

Showed up at the counter to pick it up. Did call Pos Laju first though.

Hey.. your item from US, so you never know who tamper your item, maybe happen before reach Malaysia, maybe by customs... my previous statement only for postage within Malaysia.

Hi, I need some advice. I have a parcel delivered to me on 1st feb. It should be here on monday or yesterday! But then the tracking got stuck at PJ area.

I called up 1300300300 = NOT AVAILABLE. How is this possible? Can anyone get through this number? It's like the main customer service number!

Then I call up the PJ branch = all circuit is used

I was so desperate, I called up the KL branch = parcel arrived at batucaves. But not attempting delivery.

So today I tried to call batucaves = Rang for a long period, no pick up; my call was canceled (wth?). Try again = number is busy.

WHAAT. how cam I supposed to ask about my parcel now?

Nothing can do, all courier service delay, too many to deliver.
My customer also go bek 2mrw, but i also nothing can do with it. Pos laju faster, pos express slower some more.

That's quite common with Poslaju actually.

But it's unusual for the 1300-300-300 to be out of service. I tried calling the other day as well and it just told me its opening time andden cut me off.

If still can't get them, maybe call them on Wednesday and tell them to leave it at their office and you'll collect it when you get back.

Poslaju Miri becomes Poslaju Lambat. Quite a lot of complaint about their service lately. They even not bother to pick up the phone!

The 1300 never works, you have to call the so-called oversea no. 03-2727 9100.
But sometimes, it can be engaged for the whole day one.

On Tuesday, I finally decided to go to Batu Caves and collect my parcel, as advised by the customer service. He kept telling me that he will inform Pos Laju about me going there.

However, when I reached there, the staff kept me waiting for like 40 minutes, then only told me to come back tomorrow and collect my parcel. He said, "Dalam ada 10, 000 items, MANA ADA MASA CARI." I was so mad. I did try to call the 1300 No., the so-called oversea No., and the Batu Caves No. for the whole afternoon b4 I decided to go after work(to confirm where my parcel was), but the line was always engaged, or they simply didn't pick up the phone.

The next day (Wed), I didn't go back to collect as told (cox I wasn't really in the mood anymore). Initially, I planned to go back on Thursday. Luckily, I didn't go. For some reasons, I didn't know what, they delivered the parcel to my mailing address on Thursday. Really cannot stand the poor service.

Definitely. Public holiday.

Always try to avoid festive season and public holiday if possible. Their service usually quite messed up during long public holidays/festive season.
