i got this problem with postlaju.
my seller gave me correct tracking number with postlaju ticket pic.
but when i track the number, it is last year one. Somemore successfully delivered. What the heck is that?

Actually how to open a Poslaju account? Any agent here?

yep,had to call them,the tracking "stuck" again and no update at all,and its the fifth day x_X

EDIT:finally arrived after i called few hours earlier ,at least their customer service is good lol

what happened to their hotline? i called and then they are telling me their new operating hours then i got cut off before i get the chance to press 1 for postlaju. =_____=

Today is a public holiday in federal territory, i guess they are not working.

do they do delivery tomorrow?

coz i ordered item fr seller on thursday expecting friday to arrive, so i gave office address.
but only today they pick up fr seller. -.-

If office, then they'll know not to deliver on weekends. Anyway, tomorrow is 1st saturday of the month, their office is not open. Most likely no deliveries also.

Today the poslaju guy came and deliver my parcel at almost 8pm. -.-

haha i know they closed at 1st saturday.
i'm hoping they dont deliver as none will be at office tomorrow, dont want to pick up at nearest postlaju, not so near for me -.-

I have the same problem. My 2 parcel didn't reach around 1-3 days. And one of my parcel stated "Succesfully deliverd" but it isn't . I heard that Poslaju has apparently jumbled up some of the delivery slips. This is what i've got from my seller.

i didnt receive any notification asking me to go collect it . so how can i collect it from pos office? give them tracking number and show IC? why do i see people filling in forms and putting at the counter waiting for their names to be called? Do i need to fill in the form also or can i just give them my tracking number and wait for them to go in the storage to find my item?

BTW, Posoffice got open today? this morning a poslaju van and delivered a parcel to my brother, but its the first saturday of the month . confused

hi im planning to send 2kg parcel to a friend in south korea using EMS Pos laju international. should i wrap my items at the post office in case they want to see whats in the parcel? or i just need to wrap it myself at home? im sending undeclared items. just a few tshirts and books.

Pos is working today as I see a few them around KL today. I think this month 1st Saturday will be replace by next week Saturday so they can have a long holiday during CNY... they always do that.

Yes, just write your consignee adress as nearest poslaju centre. Must be poslaju center, not post office.
