Just sharing my story as last 2 week went to COSE for second time at 8am, tried to claim the suspension/absorber, told by the attendees(Mohd. Anuar) same person as yours, to get the replacement since 1st time visit the technician told me already got problem with my absorber. After waiting till 12pm done service, what surprised me is the Mr. Anuar told me just tighten up under-carriage and problem should be solved. On the way back home the problem still persist when go through bumper(sound nyek nyek). Feel so wasted my time over there for half day. Thus, directly email to I-Care and made appointment this month to inspect my car.  Let's see how's going on.
