Hmm.. bout insurance not much i know, sumore I no transfer the NCB cos of my old car using my mother in law name, the amount is differs, some get 3k - 4k discount, depends if you ever claims ur insurance or not...jus my 3 cents

you mean NCD ( no Claim Discount)

1st year = 0%
2nd year = 25%
3rd year = 30%
4th year = 38.33%
5th year = 45%
6th year onwards = 55%

means you look at the premium you need to pay, rm2000, then if u have 55% ncd= you only pay the rest of the 45% of 2000
