Or you can walk into Sect 13, wait for counter service and ask to claim warranty... the thin malay chap (damn... forgot his name) warranty claims officer will look at your car, and should ask you to park your car there for a few days to spray....

Personally, i rather go to Sect 13 as its Proton's own workshop and paintshop (yes, they do accident knock repairs too) and will use the best paint and paint work....

neway update on my inspira, send to COE sect 13 early morning, reached there was served nicely by the receptionisit, and told her my problem, she went out to snap some pics, and check my mileage, ask when get the car bla bla bla.

then she came in and tried to key in to check my number plate, no results returned i guess biggrin.gif, so she jotted down my name, car no, tel no. and said that proton will try to file a claim in 14 working days, and will get back to me, but the last part she said, if after 2 weeks we didn't contact you, contact us instead, so i asked for the name card and she just wrote her name and marked the Direct Line to her.... pening... Duno why she din ask for my JPJ cert to copy those details???

Then off i go to pc fair and the car is still with me now. Din drive to pc fair coz hard find parking, and chatted with JackNg at pc fair haha. Din join you guys coz damn tired, 30yrs old man stand whole day look after pc fair stalls sweat.gif

looking forward next friday's TT, as i want get my stuffs from bro XCInspire and also get autolock done by sifu kenny!

i kena a deep scratch i think! can see some grey color from the scratch and when i ran my fingernail on the scratch my fingernail can catch on it sad.gif

anybody knows what place can get a good sprayshop with decent price and can get back within one day in Pudu area or pj area? no car use la!

Thanks bro saw the contact u provided below, but will there be 2 patch/ tone of colors/non matching case? Mine is plum red leh

Coz worse case I would go to COE at sect 13 again and ask them to fix for me. Mine is about 0.5cm long. Haih new car sayang laaaa
