Overall the design is okay, the pink appeals to the target audience, which is good

Just like someone pointed out, the buttons on the banner on top is really not seen. Need to work on that, perhaps make mouseover effects or bigger text.

Other than that, I think its good. Rm40 is abit cheap for this site imho But a good start nonetheless.
