save it into bf3's pb folder, run the pbsvc 1st to reinitiate the services, then u run the pbsetup

try to remove\disable all background program\services.

run msconfig, go to services tab, check the 'hide all ms services'...u will see all non-OS services thats running in the background. depending on ur pc setup, some of those services are needed (notebooks in particular) but if u use desktop u can most probably disable all non-os related (except for anti virus services)....restart.

OR if u know what are the services that u dont need\ conflicting with pb, run services.msc and disable it manually...this step bypass the reboot step...*WARNING..ADVANCED USERS ONLY*
