For me, the most effective way to improve is play with players who are roughly same good as you are. In a server filled with pro, I quickly get killed before I can fire a shot. Its hard to improve if you don't even have chance to shoot anyone

Last week, I was playing in a Thai server, their skills are quite the same as mine, you'll notice they have bad team work, and are not careful when running around. It makes it easier for new player since you have chance to fight against them, you can shoot and learn how to play better.

Of course you can't expect to win since they are usually disorganized. Last week when we were playing Metro conquest, I was the only one who rushed to the middle point. All of them crowd around the same flag A Same with the opposing team which allow me to capture B easily, but they arrive first and we lost the flag.

Just focus on your combat and improve from there.

The last time I used that in a game was way back in.... Rainbow 6 Raven Shield. Not enough games use it

I often come across such attitude in those sg servers. There's always that one person insulting the team members.

Recently I've been playing in a Thai server, such attitude is very rare. Once in awhile people may complain, bu whenever we lose, I haven't come across anyone who starts insulting the team. Only downside is Thai server lags.

Server admin not there? That's the problem, if the admin don't ban those hackers, people will leave.

I was in Metrophobia yesterday when a few users mention this user using hack, and a couple of minutes later, admin ban him from the server.

Lack of teamwork in public game with random players are to be expected in ANY games, not just COD.

I've experience this way back in BF2. Thats just how it is.

For those who want to be involve in effective teamwork, its best to join a clan. You'll be playing with people you've train with, using strategy that you're familiar with.

What people complain about has nothing to do with whether one should join a clan or not

If I had the time to commit to a clan I'd like to do that too. Unfortunately I can't commit myself since I'm the kind of player who only play when I'm free, rather than making time for it.


And I think the most rewarding thing out of this is clan vs clan matches. What fun is it if you keep winning by playing against random unorganize players, right. This is where you can really test your strategy, and see if you guys are really good. Against random players, any strategy is good strategy as long as you have one. You won't really know until you're up against another organized opponents

I notice there's an increase in Metro 24/7 servers too, seems to be very popular. Anyone knows any that disable RPG and grenade? All of the Metro conquest game always turn into a rpg and grenade spam feast.

For those who can't start the update, restart origin.

I was waiting and waiting, select check for update, nothing happens. Restart Origin, and finally it starts downloading

Seems like Origin doesn't like it when we pause our download. My download mysteriously missing after I pause and resume.

For some reason, this useless Origin doesn't allow us to pause our download and exit Origin. The moment you do that, a part of your download file will be missing, happened to me when I resume my download today.

I'm on 1mbps line too, no choice but to leave it to download whole day from 10am until 7pm just now, finally my patch successfully install.

Explain to your parents, hopefully they understand. You need to leave your PC downloading it whole day, you can't pause shut down and resume later.

If your parents are afraid of electricity bills, a PC on idle use very little power.

That's what I do today. This morning I found that i lost most of my 1.6GB I downloaded yesterday, only left about 400MB.

So I ended up deleting that 400MB for safety, and redownload the whole thing, this time without pausing. Finally it successfully installed by late evening.

As long as you don't pause or interrupt the download, everything should be fine. Good luck
