Anyone wants to play old casual decks with me in Low Yat/Time Square area? Been a while since I played and I'd love to get to know some new people. I started in 4th Ed, on and off magic along the way.

I usually lunch there on Fridays. So, it is just a matter of bringing some dusty decks along with me.

MTGO (the WoTC online Magic) is all about virtual cards. Last time I heard, they give you a free Core Set precon in MTGO for you to preview/learn the program. You will need to buy boosters if you want to continue beyond that.

I believe once you collected all the cards for a given set, you can redeem for real cards (that's what I heard, I don't play Magic Online)

On converting real cards into MTGO cards, can I have the html link?

Wonder if the shop is still there. Which part of Petaling Street it was located?

I used to frequent the Mtg shop in Berjaya Plaza (the building connected to Time Square via Monorail) as it was nearest. It closed down quite some months ago.

So the general bearing is crossing the road towards the ex-cinema and passing Popular bookstore right? Or it is more to crossing Kotaraya's pedestrian bridge then along there?

Most turn Turn 1 kill involves Restricted/Banned List cards.

Kamigawa has a possible Turn 1 kill though.
Mountain, Spark Elemental, pitch 2x Blazing Shoal with 2x high casting cost red cards (like Myojin of Infinite Rage)

The new Mtg thread is for active players (useful for tourny info). Mtg guys here are inactive, some wants to sell collection, talk about old decks, like that.

I have Kamigawa cards (1000+ cards) that I won't have time to play with them. If you want them bulk, I'll can let go cheap.

For a playset of specific T2 rare, I think you best bet is getting them from CCE in Old Klang Road.

Mtg is a great game. Even if you are playing Casually or T2, it is still plenty of fun. The question I have for you is "Do you have friends/playgroup who is playing MTG?" If not, you will find it hard to continue playing.

In Sabah, guess it's harder. I am looking to let go of my VS Systems and Duel Masters cards but the location is quite a distance.
