I just bough galaxy note from digi
realise the phone sometime hang in the sense black screen + bottom the 2 light in still ON same thing for camera , sometime it will hang there black screen also with the light just on like that is this problem normal ? just bough it few days back ! damn |

just drop my phone once , whole screen not functioning , just got the 2 light at the bottom , wonder can claim warranty from digi ?
if yes wonder how long~ |

Just wanna confirm with you guys urgently ,
My 1 week old GN screen was broken , wonder if I go to Samsung service centre to exchange the chargeable parts , will I in the end still eligible for the warranty of 1year ? Just afraid that once they change the parts , my warranty will be void , mostly wont right ? Since its samsung service centre who did it ? Thanks |

Yes thats what I wanna know , as long my other part is covered I dont mind paying for a new screen

phone was smashed to the floor , so 99.9% both broken ~~
do you think it will cost more than RM700 from your personal experience ? I ask normal phone shop also about 600-800 , but warranty void , so i dont bother~ |

Hello Guys , Im back from Samsung Service Centre from PJ
Fixed my smashed LCD + Touch Panel within 1hour at the cost of RM714 The personnel there was suprised of my damage , smashed of cause la~~ ahaha Now my front camera not functioning due to the serious damage. Ask me to come back 1-2mths later to claim warranty |
