my phone is a 2k+ paper weight now, can't turn on at all, even with charger plugged in it still refused to turn on
Unfurtunately thier services center only open on weekdays saturdays half day , I guess I have to go on monday |

My note is in Samsung services center beside federal highway
they said most likely board problem even change a new battery still can't turn on (, and the repair que is long! have to wait for 1 WEEK! |

darn it it already being 2 weeks my note still in svc near federal highway I called up them today pending hardware delivery, is there any others channel to make a complaint to samsung? it really anoy me as I only used the phone for 2 weeks and it already broken in this rate (chrismas is near) I think I have to wait until next year just to get my phone back
