Maps are not so constantly updated ; what I did is every 2-3 ,months I just redownload the maps. Maps are proprietary by Sygic and there is no common file sharing
I would say even in small towns ( major roads ) no problems navigating except for newer roads in the past few months
I have been using Sygic Aura first in my Dell Streak ( I paid Euro 30 for it than !!). Later in June I bought it for Euro 9.99 for my SGS II ( special offer ) and now I have transfer the SGS II licence over to the Note. It now costs Euro 19.99. In the past 9 months using it, about 2-3 times a week travelling up to various parts of KL, PJ, Subang Jaya and Singapore, it has not failed me
1st of all, I'm not complaining about Sygic and also not trying to sell Papago.
And I'm not starting any arguement.
Just sharing my point of view and preference only.
I like Papago "entering direction" guide. As the below screen capture sample:

If Sygic has it, then it will be prefect. But I guess i will not be possible.
This is the reason I'm kept having hard time choosing the right GPS s/w for me ......
Forumer here comment before the Papago consume lots of battery. But Sygic very very least.
