My 1 week old GN screen was broken , wonder if I go to Samsung service centre to exchange the chargeable parts , will I in the end still eligible for the warranty of 1year ?

Just afraid that once they change the parts , my warranty will be void , mostly wont right ? Since its samsung service centre who did it ?

Yes thats what I wanna know , as long my other part is covered I dont mind paying for a new screen

I dont wanna do at normal phone shop because , warranty will void for the whole thing , if I do at samsung hope they can still cover the other parts

I ask normal phone shop also about 600-800 , but warranty void , so i dont bother~

Hello Guys , Im back from Samsung Service Centre from PJ

Fixed my smashed LCD + Touch Panel within 1hour at the cost of RM714

The personnel there was suprised of my damage , smashed of cause la~~ ahaha

Now my front camera not functioning due to the serious damage.

Ask me to come back 1-2mths later to claim warranty

they said i was very lucky cause have the spare parts .
within 1hr fixed .
warranty remain the same , untouch from date of purchased according to them

final outlook , phone little senget , up there cant close really nicely,maybe 98%perfectly and front camera not working for the time being

asking me to claim warranty next month , so i dont have to pay 

where can i get stock rom? i need to flash back my note to original.

Guys, need help, my note keep charging n discharging even though i didn't connect the charger. When shut off then try to on it back,it display battery 0%. can somebody tell me whats going on with my note. For info, i use std charger.

a bit upset/disappointed with samsung product..just got my wife a white galaxy note and the camera also got pinkish..

guys i am currently outside msia bought a g note for my dad most of the time it hangs and sometimes it restarts why is that? can anyone help my dad really loves the phone so please help

i have use my galaxy note for two weeks.
i have
1. created new contacts sync with gmail
2. take picture, make some drawing
3. install games, apps.
4. updated market

what happened to all these items if i do a master reset?
1. i still can get back all my contacts after master reset by syncing from gmail right?
2. pictures all will be deleted? what about the original note's sketches? the dog?
3. games, apps will all be deleted while the original apps in phone will be back at where they are?
if there is original app from phone which i deleted will it restore back?
4. original market will be restored?

What do I need to check before making payments? other then doing the screen test n s-pen calibration test. Anything else? Does it have camera pink spot problem?
