 How to lose my weight?, im so fattttt :( help me..

Recently I just lost 6kg in 4 months and I'm still workout hard to lose more so I can reach my target weight soon.

What I did was all naturally workout. My workout is just Burpees. I do burpees everyday. ONLY burpees.

I still eat rice everyday. I eat 3 times a day like normal with normal quantity. I just stop all snacks and eat healthily.

for those who difficult to lose weight...regardless what way you have approach...is because of your hormone imbalance already...just get this fix, before more trial and error ...

Currently doing total of 250 burpees per day. Doing in set with some rest in between. Takes almost 2 hours to be done.

Until today I've lost total 8kg.

Watch your food intake. Exercising like mad but not watching your food intake of course you won't see results.

Reduce intake of carbs and try to cut off sugars. There are a lot of sugars even in healthy foods such as fruits. If you're a fan of milk tea, guess what? That's laden with sugars too!

Take more protein and fiber foods and keep up the exercise.
