What is your ordered specs?

This is most probably due to shortage or parts in the factory.

Actually no point having RAID 0 for SSD....u didnt gain much performance increase beside benchmarking scoring.....and RAID 0 got higher risk...bcoz any one of your SSD got disk error...the whole system will be corrupted....bear in mind tongue.gif  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

just need the space to be big enough and faster, really hate seperate partition.my previous laptop also raid0 ssd.never had issue and i believe alienware is a good system that deserve the best component in it,burn my. pocket a bit but well worth the satisfaction in my opinion, but of course other people have other idea and criteria so its a personal choice for me.

but thanks for the reminder, will monitor if any.thanks again.

i did from the 14th this month i give a call every 03 days to check the status but since then no change, first it was a part shortage after that they have acquired the parts but still after 05 days the build process still not completed.
try calling the person in charge for the purchase yesterday, promise to call back but did not.trying to get some light on the situation from dell facebook page but nothing. vmad.gif

Yes, a little surprised it'll arrive tomorrow. I just spoke to the delivery people and they confirmed it'll be here by 2pm.

When I spoke to the sales person, he said there was no issues with parts, and that everything was available.

Anyway, we'll see how it goes. I'd suggest calling the sales person again and asking him about the delays.

thats what ive been told after the parts shortage, but after that the build process still not completed.will wait for their reply after this.
