M18x can be covered in Malaysia.
If DELL Malaysia sales person tells you differently, it's not true, it's just a sales tactic. We have gone through Dell US support centre, so we can 100% ensure about that. Well, let say if Dell Malaysia really refuses to repair your M18x, you can contact Dell US on their website, they will assign their contractor in Malaysia to have your machine repaired. |
