-Yes 3.0 gigs will do more than 1.5 gigs only if its being used. Like running bare windows with 4 gigs or 8 gigs of ram, you won't be able to tell the difference. The amount of memory matters not so much as other graphic card components and specs, like core speed, number of shaders, shader speed, ram type, ram speed, etc.
This is just my thought, but I think dell offered 3.0 gt555m upgrade because there wasn't any room for different graphics cards, mainly because its soldered onto the mobo.

and played the game for few hours

y soo lag?anyone know y?

izit because of my laptop(alienware m14x 2nd gen i7 with 3gb gt555m)

i even reformat my alienware because bcoz of this game

my internet connection(is on direct cable unifi 5mbs with constant speed with ping 15-25 ping)
