My M14x CD rom got problem. I bought 2 ori new movie and both disc scratched after putting in the rom, (i double confirmed the 2nd time) it played the movie perfectly well until halfway and the disc got scratched by the player.....


Anything to do about this? It is still under warranty. May i know how to contact Dell ? Thanks.
