M17x R3 user here. I just burnt 3 of my keyboard keys because fell asleep while smoking and butt dropped on top. haha

Anyone knows where to get replacement keys? I still have 10 days to my warranty, but i doubt they cover "fire" damage. haha

i think so. their 2 years warranty, which covers accidental damage and water damage.

Go get MSI / ASUS gaming series laptop instead... it's much more valuable... Buy Alienware if you're filled with cash only...

Hi guys, I have a noob question. I was looking at the M14x on dell website and I realized after I customized the RM3,999 model to the same spec as the RM4,699 model, it only costs RM4,532. Am I missing something there or the Dell people didn't realize this?

Thanks!

nope. the price tag for M14x with core i5 is RM4k, while the one with core i7 is RM4700. try look carefully.
