QUOTE(Akuma no Hana @ Dec 1 2011, 02:21 AM) I guess you should remove both the HD800 and amplifier out of it. The Ultimate combo currently needs to have Stax SR009 and third party electrostatic Amp that can match their performance. If you want to take it even further, you have to get the Take T H-2+ headphone and their transformer box and a good speaker amp. Yes, you read it right, they requires a speaker amplifier feed to their transformer box to power the headphones. Some said Take T H2 is one of the best headphone currently have aside from the Sennheiser legendary Orpheus, and they have a physicality in it that is so good that it even exceed the level of Stax. Try to imagine that. Take T h2: http://www.taket.jp/h2/h2.htmlStax SR009, Impedance: 145k Ohms. Really? wow. T h2. mmmmmm...... ugly

Silver bullet is more to balance rather than analytical. If clarity is your top consideration, I'll suggest go for other IEM. I love my silver bullet for its presentation and wide soundstage.

noonies_naruto: Isolation is not that good in cks70, so i suspect it will be the same in cks90. The question is do you need good isolation? If you need it, then go for ATH Pro 700 MKII.

QUOTE(audiohurric4ne @ Jan 25 2012, 10:30 PM) hmm how about the brainwavz hm5 or fa-004 ? any1 had an experience with em ? are you sure? Fa-004 twin is hm3. Fa-003 twin is hm5. Never test the hm3 before, but fa-004 is a nice headphone, sound like its brother fa-003, fa-003 better, of course. Light and comfort. Tested a short time at the istudy. not for a basshead.

QUOTE(MrAvatar @ Jan 26 2012, 04:17 PM) my vote goes to hd448..if u wan better one u can go to Shure srh440, Senn Hd518 Yupp, the price speaks, better than fa-004 perhaps. If you want fischer audio, with similar price as HD448, better go for fa-011, high impedance can. This post has been edited by cokelatpanda: Jan 26 2012, 04:32 PM
