Hi guys, I need a recommendation for my friend.

His rig - Samsung Galaxy SIII and Asus Laptop (not sure whats the model but its around 3-4 years old)
What type of usage : movies/music
File format used in your source : most likely is MP3
Genre of music you listen to : Chinese Pop
Headphone/ earphone type : Noise cancelling Headphones
Other requirements (if any) Mic is not required.
Budget : Rm200

Maybe you can give him a few options to choose from which some details.

firstly before we recommend some nc headphones, do you fully understand the purpose of nc headphones? cause a lot of people misunderstand it

what is the purpose of N-C other than reduce background noise?
been using Sony for years

nc is not for reducing background noise, it is to cancel off static noise like engine sound or airplane motor sound, you still can hear inconsistent sounds like talking, car passing by, tv sound, humping sound of room mate next door with a girl moaning etc etc

- Headphone/ earphone type: IEM
- Other requirements (if any): Prefer deep bass with decent treble. Had a pair of Sony XB41-EX, loved the bass. Looked over Sony for a replacement, XBA-1's bass was underwhelming, and XBA-2 is out of my budget

Did some poking around, currently considering the a-JAYS Two, suggestions greatly appreciated.

for rm200 i cant think of any, nc headphones are expensive

Yes, it good choice for bass headphones and it offer superb comfort, my other recommendation for bass headphones that have same price with Sony MDR-XB700 (RM 399):

Sorta off topic. But I was wondering if someone can link me to the thread that sells those converters for airplanes so that you can use your own headphones instead of the plane's crappy one. I know I saw them before.

After I tested it at Sony Centre, I am getting in love with this headphone.
But I need some personal comments.

- Music genre: Almost anything
- Budget: Lets see first
- Headphone/ earphone type: IEM
- Other requirements (if any): I had tested HD668B Superlux, and i felt good. Would like to find a IEM similar to it (in terms of clarity,etc), maybe with slightly less bass would be perfect.
