hi all.
currently i have a 3rd generation  ipod mini and i use to compliment my outdoor activities-jog, cycle etc.
my preference for earphones are the simple non in ear type as those blocks the outside noise from coming into my ear, which is a bad thing is u want to listen to music while cycle (safety purposes).
anyway, the problem is that most earphones, one of the two sides will be 'off/silent'.. i think this is because i tend to wrap the cord around my ipod after use.
can u all recommend me a good earphone set that has good sound quality, doesn't spoil easily, and not too expensive..  oh, please dont tell me abt the in ear type. does go well with my ears..

Built quality is rugged and tough, sound quality wise I've not burned into it yet, but so far its on the punchy bass side and quite flat on treble.

By the way can Klipsch Mode M40 able to take calls on Android devices like mine? Wish it has hidden mic like Steelseries Siberia. Good sound quality for high and mid range but weak in producing strong and clean bass. Even tried Dr. Dre Studio at Harvey Norman but does not impress me enough, loud but not in details.

Have had a look of Fanny Wang 2000s, try to like it but still cannot due to the design and the sound, probably too funky to me. Will AiAiAi TMA-1 for DJ with mic work with my Samsung SII in taking calls? Do like the design and the simplicity of it, plus it will not look silly on my head.

is there a brand of headphone where there is a monkey logo around it? something like BAPE brand, it looks cool, i saw it somewhere else, can't remember where is it
i will consider headphones that above 250 but not when it exceeds 300

My earphone are killing my ears, very hurt, i don't think it is good for my ears in the long run     

so have decided maybe buy a headphone which will be more comfortable right?
