no haven't got the chance to test....cuz i found no shop in kota kinabalu that have them...i guess i can only test them when i am in kl

Most head/earphones in the market with inline mic and control are designed solely for iDevices. Some of the mics will work on Galaxy but definitely not the volume control.

- Type of usage: mainly music
- File format: FLAC, mp3
- Music genre: Japanese vocals(Kajiura Yuki), rock(death cab, muse), orchestra(anime/movie OSTs)
- Budget: <RM600
- Headphone/ earphone type: On-ear/Over-ear Headphones(high portability is appreciated but not essential)
- Other requirements (if any): I am hoping to find something with good mids, as I read vocals tend to be centered on the mids. Less analytic, more relaxing maybe? biggrin.gif

- My rig: iPod Nano and iPhone
- What type of usage: Music
- File format used in your source: AAC, MP3
- Genre of music you listen to: House, Electronic, RnB mainly, a bit of mainstream music too (Rap, Hip-Hop, Pop).
- Headphone/ earphone type: In-Ears
- Other requirements (if any): Well, actually I am using an iPod Nano only now, but the moment the next iPhone is out, I am planning to get it (whenever it comes out la, no rush for me). So I wouldn't mind it with a mic. But I wan't something really good for about RM300 price range. Not too concerned about brand and image, I just don't want it go around my earlobes. Just straight, plain in-ear design.

I was actually looking at the A-Jays, because I like the cable too, it doesn't tangle. But not sure on how it sounds. So anyone can recommend something that fits my description and price range?

searching for a good pair of earphones for a pianist friend that really enjoys classical music.

Really don't think "with inline control but no mic" exist. For classical without inline control and mic, go with the best earbuds around, the AKG K319 nod.gif
