for ringtones need to download app for ringtones ..
*
is it really necessary to download specific apps to have ringtone as u wish?
My experience with xperia mini pro doesn't need to do that. I just copy my mp3 files to ringtones or notifications folder then it is available in ringtone selection.

try search notification folder in phone memory and then copy your desired mp3 to that folder.

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Dec 1 2011, 11:39 PM)
SDcard > Media > Audio > Ringtones
SDcard > Media > Audio > Alarms
SDcard > Media > Audio > Notifications

The files in the folders will be available for choosing when you change your ringtone/notification/alarm.  When you root your phone, you can even remove the stock tones.
*
So its same as xperia mini pro then, don't bother to download app to have your favorite tones as it is really easy to do.

transfer your tones from pc to sd card,
using file manager from market, move your tones from memory card to phone memory according to path above. Good luck

In my SGW, there are
1) system storage (1.07G)
2)USB Storage (1.70G)
3)SD Card (1.87G)
What are the differences?

Do you know? Tq
*
as I read previously in this thread, SGW have three separate storage
1) system storage (1.07G) Phone memory
2)USB Storage (1.70G) Internal SD Card
3)SD Card (1.87G) External SD Card

Anything u install, games or app will goes to Phone Memory OR Internal SD Card (either one or both)
Unless you root, External SD Card can only be used to save file like images, mp3, documents, etc..(correct me if I wrong tongue.gif )

Is there any option to change the keyboard layout in SGW similar to below picture? I'm already used to type using T9 prediction, much faster for me. he..he..

I dun think its hard case
I looks exactly like the TPU case that I am using right now.
Its slightly transparent, so still can see the whitish mark beside the red label, the whitish mark is because of the samsung mark on the battery cover
*
Oh, my bad, sorry then.
But tpu case is different than silicon case rite?

From the picture, the one ryanboy91 is selling looks very identical as the one msn83235502 bought. Should ask msn83235502 whether it's a hard case or not smile.gif

LOL, SenQ always no stock one la...i want to buy at SenQ initially..they offer 3 year warranty( 1 year SME + 2 Year SenQ) with RM50 discount voucher if you join as SenQ member(RM12 per year). But when i want to buy, they say no stock. I was very mad at that time. I hate when i want buy something but in the end only say no stock.  doh.gif  So, i buy it as Samsung Authorized Dealer with 2 year SME warranty...

I've been following this thread for a long time, finally yesterday I bought one for my wife. I'm kinda disappointed that no haptic feedback when clicking any key.

Nobody mention this missing feature in this thread, I guess nobody missed that features anyway..
Gsmarena review mention this in their review, but its already too late for me. Luckily my wife haven't complaint anything..

Looking at my wife's SGW, the phone design already made me felt bored.
I bet before 3rd quarter of next year, this thread will be isolated. Ha..ha...ha.. tongue.gif
