SGW is my first android and I like it

All work fine until on 3rd day, my camera flash don't work. Sent to Samsung service center on 8/12 till date still not ready. How long actually they took to repair this kinna problem?

Been 2 weeks sent for repair.
Check status online, no progress.
Call the service center, line is forever engage or no one answering (not yet business hour).
Email them, got non-promising reply: -
1. will forward to respective department
2. the part are not available in Malaysia
3. the part will arrive next week
4. our technician will contact you shortly
(all the above in single email reply)

Am I the only 1 having this problem with Samsung or issit a taboo subject here to talk bad about Samsung's product?
