i have the same prob also.. but after few charges (around 5 days or using it).. now it charges untill 100%.

I can say that Samsung basically butchers HTC in the same target markets they aim. Only advantage HTC has is their Sense UI which feels more intuitive compared to TouchWiz.

That I'm not too sure about. I do recall that the kernel still says "root" after I tried to unroot my Ace. I reflashed back to a stock ROM rather than unrooting it and it was back to normal.

root@DELL can be found in all (I think) stock kernels for Samsung Android phones. It doesn't indicate that you're rooted.

you need to enable packet data in wireless & networks > mobile networks area. then switch to 3g/umts mode for 3g, then use skype for 3g video call

Hi any question - when lauch internet browser, the page is too large for phone screen, I tried Fit to Page in the setting but it didn't work. Any tips ?

I found a bug on my phone. It's camera sometimes failed and I have to reboot again for it to works.

Bought SGW about 2 weeks ago and totally new to Android.

Dialled *100# to purchase 2 days of Maxis Prepaid Broadband, but could not get Internet to work. Tried Google and set the Maxis APN accordingly also useless, then I reset the phone. Yup it worked, but only for a little while, and when I checked my credit balance, it went from RM29.00 to RM0.90!!! Note that RM10 for 2 days Maxis Prepaid Broadband already deducted from RM39 to RM29.

Any explanation why my credit went down to RM0.90? I thought the RM10 will cover 500MB for 2 days?
