Guys, my mum just bought this phone yesterday,
i help her charge her hp then when i open it is still working then i shut down the phone. Around 10 mins later i wanted to help my mum insert the sim card and teach her use but the HP did not turn on anymore. Tried charge again, it wont work. What is the problem ? battery problem ? |

Yup i tried it slowly to insert the battery and hold for few sec still no response. and tried charge it also no image no response. guess need to send to repair/ or exchange new 1  |
