Hello guys, New SGW user here,

I have some problem here, previously I am using SE phone, all my contact name in the SIM card is mess up in SGW.

For example, previously the name is Alex Wong, now become Wong/ Alex..

All my 300+ contacts become like this!

Do I have to edit one by one? got any faster way to migrate it?

Hello New Family Member (for SGW) .
I also have SE last time and thing mess up in this way.

you can do in this way, use your SE phone with all name in the right phone (Alex Wong),
then open your SGW too, without sim also can.
on bluetooth,
use your SE,>> contact>>more>>advance/setting>>send contact>>all.
some soft like that, my old SE phone rosak dy, but I still manage to open it for last time to send all the contact.
have a try. =) discover yourself, or google it.
it's some way like that.

somemore you use synic (GPS on) for 10%? 10% of 16hours mean 1hour plus.
did you use any battery software?

Mine 20% brightness,only 2g, never on data, 5-15min wifi per day,
plus I use juice defender ultimate, don't really know it really prolong my battery ( feel like it did) ,
don't really on papago (gps), so last more than 36hours.
If heavy game daily as usual, last 6-12hours nia. lolz

Call the service center, line is forever engage or no one answering (not yet business hour).

I think can ba? I save 2-3 msg in sim last time, then when plug in SGW, open messaging,
it auto pop out ask me want save the message to phone or not.
not sure when or how it pop out. ><

You can transfer the contacts via bluetooth. Try and see if that works

I thought they discover the trick, when you're in call, press down to lower the volume first then keep press up to increase the volume. Have you tried that?

check for wakelock. if u see got bar for awake but no bar for screen means u got wakelock

You can try to export the message as xml format and import them into ur new phone.
Perhaps googling will give u more accurate steps.
