hi guys wanna confirm something with you regarding Whatsapp on WP, does it work flawlessly to you guys? Cos mine is really slow and the message is not pushing in at all sometimes, not until I open up the app...
sometimes when the notification bar shows the message then I tap and get into the app, the message is not shown. Sometimes the message just missing... Does anyone here experience same issue? Or this is just my case only?

Being wondering why Whatsapp developer can't make it as nice as iOS or Android version of Whatsapp? Maybe they can't handle such a Supreme OS? If only they can make it like native Messaging... then it will be awesome!!

Hi, currently i using the HTC 7 mozart
i encounter a problem!

i cant get the one time password from RHB credit card when i purchase airasia ticket = =

did u all have this issue?

after my switch my sim to my iphone , it just receive the OTP
*
yo, usually this OTP delay receiving problem lies with the bank network itself or the Mobile network being congested... try few other websites that require OTP and see again.. smile.gif

well, my first party app like Gmail, Hotmail whatsoever is working perfectly... almost instant in receiving emails.. almost reach to me @ the same with my desktop....

as for Whatsapp, yes I do agree there is lag in receiving notifications. The trick is you have to open up the Whatsapp once and click home button so it will push notifications... otherwise it won't notify you sometimes... I guess the problems lie with the Whatsapp developers couldn't properly coding the software for Windows Phone platform.

Hello guys, my wife having probs with her lumia 710. She currently uses Celcom with data plan. First few weeks its ok no prob then suddenly last week Wednesday suddenly no line until today. Friday morning got coverage then noon out again. Till today still no line. It can't even detect my digi line when switch sim. Could it be the phone got prob? Do I need to do a hard reset?
*
I am not too sure what cause it. But if there is nothing important in the phone then I suggest you to hard reset it to see if that helps.
If the problem still persists then it is most likely hardware problem

As far as I know, you can only try to buy it online shop just as www.lelong.com.my... but it cost a hefty RM 2000++...

*
Guess HD 7 is your best bet then. Much cheaper price and the screen is 4.3".
Though it is kinda hard to look for one now...
By the way, Titan 2 is coming up in USA on 8th April @ USD 199.

$449 is official from AT&T

by that time, i think lumia 800 will drop to 1100
*
Too good to be true if Lumia 900 is RM 1350, since this is Nokia's flagship model for Windows Phone.
I believe it will be RM 1899 - RM1999

Can anyone confirm if the AT&T Lumia 900 a SIM-free phone?
*
Not too sure but for the Full Retail At&T phone that cost USD449, it should be SIM Free... but chances is that you have to call up to AT&T to ask for the unlock code from them in order to use with other carriers.
At least that how Dell Streak works last time.

But it would be good if the USD 449 AT&T Lumia 900 is come unlocked. smile.gif

QUOTE(pzo @ Mar 28 2012, 12:33 PM)
I think the ATT one price is with contract.
I bought my lumia 800 for 1650 when it first announce in malaysia. in one month the price drops tu 1350. Feel so rugi.

Need to wait for official pricr for unbranded 900, only can estimate.the final price for Malaysia. Since lumia 800 international price with Malaysia announced is tally.

but don't think I will switch to another windows phone for a while, too lazy to reinstall again all the apps and erase all the setting. I wish WP has backup function...

Added on March 28, 2012, 12:38 pm

Its not white rubber, its metallic metal, good to grip one. But sometimes feel too light and thin, and you will end up obsessed that thing getting scratch, so I'm using ROCK black back cover, still good to grip though.
*
Well, FYI, AT&T contract price for Lumia 900 is USD 99.
So I guess this USD449 is for contract free phone, but still locked to AT&T by default...

Samsung is not having any part on this Navigation stuff sad.gif poor my Omnia 7... sigh***

White Lumia 900 faster come!!!!.... biggrin.gif
*
well, that's typical Samsung for you. They sucks at providing after sales updates whatsoever...
IMO, if you are looking to invest on Windows Phone, I guess Nokia is the only way to go cos Nokia seems to be dedicated to Windows Platform and Symbian only. Besides, Nokia also good at providing extra services after sales.
Other Windows OEM such as HTC, Samsung,LG are just manufacturing WP for fulfill their commitment with MS only.. they are focusing more on Androids only.

Now just gonna wait for Lumia 900~
Hopefully they will release it here in April smile.gif

Nokia have free life time navigation and carl zeiss optics on their WP7 one of a kind
*
well I am not quite understand of the lens and stuff...
just wondering if Carl Zeiss is really that good?

Btw, there is something that I don't really like about Lumia 800 which is its physical camera button seems to be flat and therefore it is quite difficult for me to press focus and shoot...
Hope they can improve on this for 900 smile.gif

Well guys... after 5 windows phone (Omnia 7, Mozart, Trophy, Focus, HD7) I guess I'm tired of the limitations by Windows Phone and the freakishly slow updates from Microsoft in fixing the problems that plague this platform.

I'm jumping on the Android bandwagon, so I'll be letting go a few of my phones, namely the HD7 (unlocked) and most like a HD2 i have (flashed with HSPL 3). Don't ask for the other phones tongue.gif I'm a bit too lazy to post in garage sales. If anyone is interested, PM me your best price.
*
how much is your HD 7 bro?

Guys tell me is it suggested to buy a HTC Radar now? And tell me why smile.gif
*
Radar? NOW?
Well it is all depends on your preference of brand.
If the price is RM 1150 Max for Radar then it could be worth buying.

But please be reminded on the limited support that HTC gives to WP7 OS.
Just like bro Squareballs said, NOKIA is dedicated to provide full support on WP7 which meaning you will be getting better and probably longer after sales service.
However Radar does have FCC where L800 shorts in.
The choice is yours
