I was purchased a product for website which Malaysia company from (Klang, Selangor) the date of order is 24/11/2011 (Thursday) until now 26/11/2011 (Saturday) is still not arrive to my house (Setapak) . But they already promise product arrive in 24 hours.


The matter I was worried is about the CITY-LINK shipment tracking

I don understand what they mean received by (no description who receive by) ? and premise closed what is premise closed mean? Is that the product arrive but in someone hand?


I WAS WAITING THE DELIVER WHOLE DAY..... DISAPPOINTED

look at the time... 17:41 should be arrive at shah alam
23:00 they update cannot sent the item to you or to their office nearer to you.. maybe too late already.
