can quote for persona 4yr old. i believe havent got any polish before and got minor scratch... need to ask whats the diff between these 2 option you provide:-

1) Synthetic sealant: RM 25.00 - RM 35.00; up to 4 months protection.
2) Japan incorporated ion paintwork coating system: RM 100.00 - RM 150.00; up to 1 year protection / 2 years protection; subject to paintwork surface preparation steps.

assuming this is applied to the whole car... sorry correct me if im wrong ;-)
