Hi. I am in the midst of changing my IP7 to IPXS. So when I tried to back up my whatsapp, it says turn icloud Drive on. But when I tried turning Icloud Drive on, I couldn't do so. I searched online and it says it's a bug. If I do a hard reset I will lose all my data in whatsapp right?

Is there any way for me back up my whatsapp chat and media?
