Good Morning Fellow Lowyater.

I have a problem with my iphone6s plus. It doesn't recognize umobile network. I have tried two umobile sim card with my phone but is say NO SERVICE. These 2 sim card working ok on other phones. Also when i put a celcom sim card on my phone, it can detect the network.

I found 1 fellow member post almost the same problem (except the problem with maxis) but could not verified either the problem has been resolve or not..

Solution taken so far:
1. Get new sim card from umobile.
2. Factory reset my phone.
